All clients must agree that Transform Colorado is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings of clients attending class. Clients understand that classes may be physically strenuous and they are voluntarily participating in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. They agree that neither they, their heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. They must further agree to the terms and conditions of the studio cancellation policy. Clients must agree and understand that all classes require an 12 hour cancellation in order to avoid late cancel and no show fees. They acknowledge and agree to pay a $15 late cancel fee and a $25 no show fee. They understand that if they are a ClassPass client and they no show AND/OR late cancel they will be charged a fee from ClassPass AS WELL AS Transform.
Toe socks are required in all classes. If you do not bring them to class you will be required to purchase a pair. Client understands they will not be able to participate in class if they do not have toesox with them, and cancellation fees or loss of class may incur if client doesn’t bring/buy them. A valid credit card is required on all accounts in order to participate in any of our classes. Client agrees and understands that any balances they may incur on their account that they will be required to pay in full before being allowed to participate in any class at Trasnform. They understand that if they are late their spot may/will be given away to a client waiting.
In order to make a class reservation, you must first have a class credit or have an unlimited monthly series. To buy class credits or an unlimited monthly series please login to your account (if you do not have an account you will need to create one). Please note that our class series prices are subject to change without notice.
You must have a current and up to date credit card on file at all times. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase.
As soon as your charge is approved, your class credits or unlimited monthly series will be “delivered” to your account. If you fail to pay any charges when due, or if your credit/debit card declines, Transform LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees including attorney fees and collections costs, that Transform may incur in its efforts to collect any past due or unpaid balances from you.
Class credits purchased are not refundable or transferrable. Recurring membership are charged on a specific date depending on the duration of the series, and will not be eligible for a refund once the transaction is completed. All recurring memberships require a MIN 30 day written notice prior to their next billing cycle in order to terminate their membership. If written notice is given within 30 day of the next billing cycle, client will be obligated for one more payment.
We require a 12 hour cancellation notice. That means you can cancel your class up to 12 hours prior to the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use. If you cancel WITHIN 12 hours of your scheduled class time, you be assessed a late cancel fee of $15.00. By cancelling out of class per our late cancel policy, you are allowing another client to sign up and join the class.
If you do not cancel your class, and do not show up for your scheduled class, you will forfeit your class and will be assessed a No Show fee of $25.00. Please note that when you are purchasing classes you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice, and class schedules may be subject to change without notice. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
Merchandise is non-refundable exchangeable.
