You can choose from two different class formats: BURN or SCULPT
- BURN is a high-intensity, weighted workout designed to boost your metabolism, burn fat, build lean muscle, and sculpt your body. This format combines strength training with bursts of cardio for maximum calorie burn and lasting results.
- SCULPT is a rigorous, low-impact, high-intensity isometric heated MAT pilates workout strategically designed to target, tighten, and tone. This class delivers deep muscular conditioning with a focus on creating lean, sculpted muscle while improving strength, stability, and length.
Frequently Asked Questions
Please bring grippy socks—we get sweaty, and we don’t want you slipping on the mats. (For safety, barefoot attendance is not permitted.) Bring a water bottle, as you’ll sweat a lot! Ankle weights are optional but highly encouraged. If you have your own, bring them along—or you can rent a pair at the studio. We provide yoga mats and sweat towels, but socks, water, and ankle weights are not included.
We do not allow late entry to HOT PILATES. Classes are performed in a dark, heated room, and late arrivals are both unsafe and disruptive. Please be on your mat at least 2 minutes before class starts, as entry will not be permitted once class begins. If you are new, make sure you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the class
Yes—all HOT PILATES classes are heated. If you’re heat-sensitive or pregnant, please consider this before booking. While the heat we use is considered safe—even during pregnancy—consult your doctor first to make sure it’s right for you.
